The location of the hotel is really good, there are a lot of nice restaurants around. But the hotel is old and needs immediate renovation. Sanitary facilities in the bathroom are rusty, water doesn’t drain, all towels are old and washed out. In the rooms there is no slippers (the floor is cold, so slippers are must have, and when I asked for slippers, people on reception were really surprised, and told me that it’s 3* hotel) and also there is no hair dryer, you should asked for hair dryer on the reception and return it after use. Breakfast was the same during our stay, and wasn’t nice: a lot of sweets and only hard boiled eggs. Coffee they offer is not tasty, and if you want espresso you should additionally pay for it. WiFi is really bad and slow and it disconnects all the time.

We were delighted by the warm reception and the courteous staff. The hotel was immaculate, well-organized, and well-equipped. The beds in our room were so cozy that we had a hard time getting up the next day and decided to prolong our stay. We will certainly return soon!

Location was superb and staff was excellent. The food generally was good but having mint tea at the end of the meal was a memorable experience. Everything was good about room and hotel but they can improve the hygiene standards.

We had a very large room with two queen beds and the terrace, so it should be fine...but, for some reason, the hotel managers did not think it was important to fix the non-closing sliding door to the terrace, armchair that is literally …

Stayed for 6 nights. Super friendly staff. Cleanliness throughout the hotel. The rooms are always kept nice and tidy by the cleaners (hats off to them for making this hotel clean) loved my stay here. Would recommend.
